To Americans of Goodwill Regarding War in Iraq

TO: All Americans of Good Will and Understanding

After 3, 959, deaths of American Soldiers in Iraq, it appears that our President and his core of advisors could have found a better choice of words a few years ago than "bring it on." We have seen some of the lies, half-truths, out right criminal acts, in our invasion, and occupation into the ancient and sovereign nation of Iraq. And the entire world is watching us in our fruitless journey into the land of no return. That could bankrupt our nation economically as the terrorists said they would do.

Today, we have not defeated those who attacked us on 911, nor located their command post. Moreover, we don't even know who the enemy is or where they are in Iraq. In fact our president pronounced that we had won the war sometime ago. Only to find out that the war had just began and could last for 1,000 more years as is the case of the middle eastern conflict.

In scripture, Jesus told Peter to put up his sword -- for he who lives by the sword will also die by the sword. This is something our Christian commander-in-chief and his circle of advisors have yet to understand or pursue. And today, I noticed General C. Powell come out from behind the wall and spoke on Television, we can only wonder why?

We must remember the words of A great Nobel peace prize winner (Rev. Martin L. King Jr.,) who said: "when you hate, you cannot see straight. When you hate, you lose your power of objectivity. When you hate strong enough, the ugly becomes beautiful and the beautiful becomes ugly. There is something about hate that does something to the hater, and so our way must be the way of love.

God could have called America, "the Axis of evil and ordered air strike against her because of her miss-deeds in history. However, God refused to retaliate with smart bombs, designed by dumb men, sent on dumb missions, to achieved dumb results, at the behest of political parties, religious leaders and cooperate elite's.

Our freedoms are dissolving before our very eyes. As we hide behind patriotism, eliminating weapons of mass destruction, supporting our president, and spreading democracy around the world.

So don't bring it on -- our sons and daughters are already on the battlefield. They are living on welfare, and cannot understand why. Veterans must pay their own travel pay to and from veteran's hospitals while our president and politicians lie and tell us they support the troops.

Americans must understand that hate and arrogance are weapons of mass destruction, so don't participate, and hate well eventually destroy itself. {GBR} Peace!
